Close your eyes and think of all the things that will happen in your life if you keep watching porn for 1 hour, 5 hours, 10 hours, each day, for 1 year, 5 years, 15 years. While you do so, let your body feel all the emotions. The principle it’s simple: your body is driven by pain and pleasure; moving away from pain and going after pleasure. Do this exercise for 10-15 minutes. You will know it has effect, once you will feel the need to change watching porn with other things that will bring pleasure, but they aren’t bringing so much pain.
